2. Payment and Refund Policy for Package Lessons
Payment for lesson packages must be made prior to or on the first lesson if you intend to purchase a package. However, please note that package purchases are only available if you are taking a minimum of 2 lessons per week. Additionally, all lesson packages have a time limit of 6 weeks within which they must be utilized.
Refunds will not be issued for lesson packages if cancellations are made less than one week in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy
La Mexicana does not provide refunds or reschedule lessons that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. However, if our schedule permits, we are more than willing to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please be aware that if you have paid for a month of group lessons and are unable to attend, no refunds will be issued, even if the cancellation is made in advance.
4. Workbook Usage Policy:
You are prohibited from:
I. Modifying or copying the materials.
II. Using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display, whether commercial or non-commercial.
III. Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any content contained on the website.
IV. Removing any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials.
V. Transferring the materials to another person or mirroring them on any other server.
Please note that this license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time. Upon termination of your access to these materials or the expiration of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials you possess, whether in electronic or printed format.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials on the website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of these materials. We reserve the right to make changes to the materials on the website without prior notice. However, we are under no obligation to update the materials.
